Here it is – Sunn 215.
While my Neu Chefs knife is more along the lines of a German pattern chefs knife, Sunn is my interpretation of something more in the ballpark of a gyuto.
This one is mine. Despite having plenty of my own knives, I’ve never really set out to make one specifically for myself that I intend on keeping long term. I’m a Dinosaur Jr. fan and purple is my favourite colour so that explains the colour scheme! 👾
